James Sims, MA, LPCC
Welcome! My name is James Sims, and I am passionate about assisting others in awakening to their Inner Greatness. In 2025, I attained his Master of Arts from Naropa University in Contemplative Counseling. During my counseling studies at Naropa University and ever since, I have focused on supporting my clients in their process of self-knowledge, self-acceptance, and self-forgiveness. I serve as a humble conduit through which my clients are able to come to see their many strengths and Inner Luminosity. Through my therapeutic practice, I aim to facilitate mutual emotional healing that extends from the recipients to others in their lives. As such, we can all walk each other toward Wholeness beginning with self-acceptance.
When I’m not engaged in my clinical work that I so love, I enjoy meditating, reading, writing, singing, and spending time in nature.

Nate Jones, MA, LPCC
I have been working with individuals and groups seeking healing, transformation, and connection since 2016 and received a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University in 2025 where I studied Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology.
To me, this work is, above all, about relationship. Whether it's a relationship with oneself, other people, work, activities, or nature, life is an ongoing relationship. So, how do we operate in relationship with harmony, joy, wisdom, and love? The answer to that question is the essence of what this counseling work is all about. In the process we will become more naturally who we are, face our fears, find humor and purpose in the mysteriousness of life, and discover how we most naturally give our gifts to the world.
I love working with couples, family members, individuals, and feel great purpose in working with men. I welcome young men and see them as being at a prime stage in life to learn about themselves and begin to cultivate a way of being that the world needs tremendously right now.
I wish you the absolute best on your journey and would be truly honored to join you along the way.

Rayna Epstein, MA, LPCC
Rayna earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from New York University in 2019, and her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University in 2025.
In collaboration with Rayna, you will work to develop a compassionate curiosity towards your pain, shame, and protective patterns. Rayna believes that there is inherent wisdom behind even the most confusing or destructive patterns, and that through the process of bringing a loving & compassionate awareness to the hurting parts within us, we can alchemize our pain and shame into purpose and power.
Rayna draws from attachment-oriented, trauma-focused, Jungian, and psychodynamic theories in her work with clients, as well as bringing in faith-based, Christian-centered counseling for those who desire to process their pain within a Christian world-view.
Rayna works with women (16+) as they heal from many forms of suffering, such as complex trauma, eating disorders / disordered eating, addiction, depression, and anxiety. Rayna also works with couples and family systems.
In her free time, Rayna loves reading and writing in coffee shops, podcasting, exploring new towns and restaurants, spending quality time with loved ones, and snuggling her three rescue dogs.
